The Laghav Story
Laghav was founded in 2026 by Prashant Yadav, a senior full-stack developer based in Pune, India. Frustrated by the soaring costs of running LLM-powered applications in production, he started building tools to optimize prompts before sending them to APIs.
What started as a simple script evolved into a high-performance Go gateway, a sophisticated Python compression engine utilizing DistilBERT and LLMLingua-2, and a suite of SDKs.
Today, Laghav operates globally, helping developers scale their AI applications sustainably. We are proudly bootstrapped, built in public, and focused entirely on product excellence.
